What is a Graduate Visa?

The Graduate Visa is an unsponsored post-study work visa available to eligible UK graduates, which allows you to stay in the UK and work for up to two years (for Bachelors and Masters graduates) or three years (for PhD graduates).

Applying for a Graduate Visa

  You must not attempt to make a Graduate Visa Application until you have received an email notification from the University of Warwick specifically confirming you can apply, as well as having met the other application requirements. If you apply before receiving the notification from the University, your application will be refused and you will receive no refund of the visa application fee. Please note, you can only submit the application inside the UK and you must apply before your current Student Visa expiry date.


You will only receive this email once your degree is officially awarded (usually mid-December for 1-year Masters students, and mid-July for Undergraduate students):
